focus on financial and management consulting, financial evaluations and
buyer representation. Our specialty is the acquisition of businesses for
individual buyers, and merger and acquisitions for companies.
The company's financial consulting is focused on the development of
strategic, business and financial plans. Including but not limited to:
balance sheet analysis and forecast, income statement preparation, cash flow
forecasts and the recommendation of financial structure and corporate
valuation.

financial institutions around the country. This has allowed us to be
instrumental in the financing of a significant number of transactions for
all our clients. Our area of expertise is in closely held technology,
service and manufacturing and distribution companies ranging in size up to
$15,000,000.
We also act as broker for select clients who wish to sell their businesses.
